Good: Nothing. Bad: They refused to put my dog down who was 15, blind, had other health issues, and was never going to get better. I had gone to this clinic for over 2 years before this so they knew my dog. They took a bad situation and made it worse. I took my dog to a different vet who did put it down and he's now in a better place, pain free. I had raised this dog since he was 4 months old and it was not easy. They should have respected my wishes.. Other: I would recommend not using this clinic. There are other more caring vets and clinics in the area..
