I wanted to take a minute to thank Al for his quick response for the most recent service call he completed this past winter, took me a while to write a letter because I don't often have Internet access. I have to say I called his service and he answered back within a few minutes which I was shocked because I contacted him very early in the morning and I thought I would have to wait for a call back but to my surprise I didn't. I am a single mother and I live in valley stream, I needed to get someone to repair my heat for me before I went to work that day I work nights and my luck Als Heating came to me later that same morning and I felt so much better that my baby was home with the sitter and was not in the cold not to mention the weather was terrible that day. I just want to say I highly recommend him and I would definitely rely on him again in the future he save the day for me that day, not to mention he didn't rip me off either that was a blessing.
