My visits are always pleasant, and the issues that brought me to the service center are resolved. My service manager, Kelly, is always very informative and accommodating in acquiring a loaner while my S80 is being serviced, and she keeps me informed throughout the day if there are any new or different developments. As a respiratory patient, this makes my experience doable, and pleasant. Thanks
