Good: Nothing. Bad: I requested the cost to remove two locks and to install two new locks and was told the costs wold be $365.00 with their discount. The locksmith drilled out the old locks and put in two average costs locks and said the total bill was now $860.00. He was at our place for approximately 25 minutes and in my opinion ripped us off by a substantial amount. I would suggest that any one needing a locksmith to seriously consider using some one else.. Improvements: Reasonable charges for services rendered.. Other: I would rate them as a -10 stars.
