Decided to skip Sacramento 2nd Saturday and head down to folsom instead. Surprise, surprise, i must have not been here in awhile...
There's a new posh looking chocolaterie, chocolatier.. i'm not good at this thing but its an excellent place. Dark chocolates filled with various ganache, fudge, barks, varieties of chocolate biscuits and pastries.. you be spoiled for choice.
my favorite- dark orange fudge- ooh la la! to die for in english (that's not the correct translation though :))
high quality, fresh, super friendly service (i think that was the boss herself chatting and serving me the chocolates.) cool!
you gotta try this, your idea of a dark chocolate will change completely. trust me.
