Review content:
Bought a puppy from there and had to return it the next day. Took it to the vet the day after I got it. After this expensive vet visit I found the puppy had 2 types of worms, some type of skin condition or parasite, also hyper-extended feet that could prevent it from running like a normal dog in the future. They refused to acknowledge that it was their responsibility the dog was unhealthy. This is just the day after people! Not a few days. This means that the puppy was in that condition at the time of sale. They did not refund me all my money because it was not found with only 4 specific diseases they cover. I learned my lesson...never buy from a pet shop. It cost me good money to learn that lesson. I thought I would give the pet shop a chance. I can not guarantee all puppies from pet shops are from mills. But Puppy Palace is selling Unhealthy puppies. It is either their own fault or the people they are getting them from. Puppies from breeders cost the same or less and have a full health guarantee. Not a bullshit contract.
