Good: Has several areas he needs to improve running his company.. Bad: Rainbow Lake Construction did not follow through on the project. I spent several weeks of my own time attempting to reach the owner and work out an agreement. After some research, I also found the company was not insured. (Important to do your homework!). Improvements: I experienced that this company underbids projects and that leads to financial complications on the job and inferior workmanship and materials.. Other: I strongly urge you to consider your options. The low bid comes with additional costs and problems out of your pocket!.
