Review content:
James Yip (#307) was the fourth service man you sent out and because of his sysmatic approach to the problem he was to diagnose and fix our problem (furnace was intermittently failing to light). In addition he fixed a problem we were not aware of. Using a pressure gauge, he determined that the gas valve was not switching to the higher flow rate. He adjusted the pressure and now when the furnace shifts into the high blower speed the gas flow is also increased and the house heats up faster. I can't say enough good things about his careful analysis and attention to detail. It's clear to me why you send him out on the "tough jobs." Finally, besides being an excellent technician, he was very careful to not track dust or dirt into the house. When he arrived at our door he had his shoe covers in his hand and as he stepped into the house he slipped them on. We walked down to the basement and before he stepped in, he slipped them off to keep them clean. When he had to go back upstairs to the main level of the house the shoe covers went back on as he walked in the house - and so forth. We were impressed - no wonder he is a supervisor!
