Good: Very Professional, Very Clean, Very Honest, In and out the same day. Labor rates were very reasonable, Repairs were done in a very Timely manner.. Bad: The cost of an altenator for a Lexus. But you know with a Lexus when you buy it that the parts are much higher than regular cars.. Improvements: They did everything perfect. I saved quite a bit of money having Community Car Care do the repair. The Dealer would of charged twice as much for the same part. Other: I thought I was in major trouble all these warning lights and gauges started going haywire & I lost power soon later. I thought it was going to be huge very expensive computer issues. Car Care put me quickly at ease and diagnosed it as a bad altenator. They were very honest & very smart. I highly recommend them.
