Prime rib lover must have known that the key to make the steak taste fabulous is the meat juice which being preserved from the cooking heat. When a whole piece of steak is being cooked, more juice will be kept from the heat loss. However, everyone wants different tenderness, so usually cook cut steaks into smaller pieces into one serving. There is this steakhouse in San Diego called Bully’s can satisfy Prime Rib lover’s tongue and stomach. They have prime ribs serve as a piece for two people, this way the beef juice can be fully tasted. I always order this full cut for two because it also includes a full set of EXTRA side orders. Their homemade onion soup is my favorite. The crunchy crust covers on top of the cup riches the thin onion soup. People usually have the impression of restaurants locate in La Jolla or Del Mar have higher price shown on the menu, but not for Bully’s.
