Good: The fact that they are only $70/hr but in this case you get what you pay for...they are cheap because the service is bad. Bad: They showed up an hour & 1/2 late and when they did arrive to move my 1 bedroom apartment they only had a large minivan.They did not bring a moving truck only a van I was so nervous that my otems would not fit. I explained to "George" that I have many items and need a large truck but he decided to send me a minivan. They ended up making all of my items fit but somethings were damaged from being forced into the truck. They scratched up the walls in my new apartment, while moving in the furniture.. Improvements: Close the business. If you are reading this, avoid the headache. Moving is stressful enough and they just made my moving day even worse.. Other: They are the worst. My finace and I ended up having to carry items on the train because they would not fit in the minivan. Also I moved 15 miles and it took them 3 hours to drive 15 miles. They claim that they were stuck in traffic but I believe that they took a break and tried to charge me for it. There is no way that there was 3 hours worth of traffic on Tuesday afternoon. The price ended up being more than double what I was quoted. In the end, I gave them a fair price and refused to pay the rest..
