My experience with Prudential Van Lines was a nightmare.
I really wanna advice people to don't hire this guys. At first they will make a very good job over the phone giving me the estimate, the girls were very sympatic and make me feel secure about my move from NY to FL, then they sent the guys at the day of the move and the price jumped about $800 dollars. I got very surprise but remember this was at the day of my move date and I really had no choice. They promised me over the phone that my furniture will arrive at maximum 10 business days but they told me it will never get that long, i would probably gonna have it in 5 days. OK.. After 5 days I start to call and ask where the truck was, they told me, it will be there by the end of the week, wich was 3 days later, it actually took me 15 business days to have my staff delivered. Another surprise.... missing items, was missing box of shoes, my couch metal frame with was very expensive couch and was totally apart without the frame, and part of my TV stand furniture (2 doors and something else on the middle) they sent it over after another 15 days, the metal frame and the box of shoes, but the TV stand part was never delivered. Part of the staff was damaged, part of the hardware disappeared that cust me another 100 dollars to get it back on Ace hardware and home depot. So if u really wanna avoid A LOTS OF HEADACHE do yourself a favor. Find someone else!!!! This company shouldn't even be open.
