I joined Matrix Fitness and Spa in September and I am looking forward to enjoying my new found love for fitness and spa services for months to come. Matrix has been the only gym Ive enjoyed going to because of the relaxed and incredibly clean environment. I love the fact that membership is limited because its not ever overly crowded or loud. Another great thing is that the staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I started to fit in workouts on a more regular basis this month, and will continue to do so because for the first time ever I actually enjoy going to the gym. It is also great that there is a spa right off of the gym. It makes the nightmare of scheduling much easier and it is fantastic to have one place to work out and get spa services.
Pros: How easy it is to schedule spa appointments, the free covered parking, and relaxed and welcoming environment
