When you're at the store buying produce...a lot of times it looks great, but sometimes you go to take a bite and its mushy and rotted in the center...that's how I'd describe Matrix...tts clean, the people look professional on the outside, and the equipment aint bad...but go to them with a billing problem or a suggestion and they treat you like a second class citizen...these people are disproportionately rude and dont give two cents about their customers...buyer beware
Pros: clean, nice equipment
Cons: Rude and unhelpful to the extreme making you not want to be there.
