Matrix Fitness and Spa is a second to NONE retreat for your intense workouts and rejuvenating spa treatments.
It's clean, never crowded, competitively priced, and friendly. I thought this place was going to be outrageously expensive for all the amenities they offer and I was completely wrong.
The yoga and pilates classes taught by Becky are comfortable for all experience levels and although she'll keep you smiling with her bubbly personality, you're also going to get a killer work-out.
The spa is gorgeous. I had an incredible massage and would recommend this place to anyone. Matrix Spa is where you can relax and get some "me" time!
They even have FREE parking!
When you're done getting pampered in the spa...head downstairs to Wholly Tomato for one of the tastiest and healthiest meals in Denver!
Pros: Clean, Competitively Priced, Friendly Atmosphere, Every machine you could ask for, Great yoga and pilates classes, they also offer Spin, Free garage parking
