I used La Fleur or La Crap Limousine for a very special night. I had a wonderful evening planed so that I could propose to my fiancé’. La Crap Limousine arrived thirty minutes late. I asked that they have a dozen of Roses in the limo upon arrival they had one sorry rose from the local corner store! I asked that they drive us ten minutes down the road so that I could propose at a particular spot on the National Mall. By the time La Crap got us there, it was too dark for the paid hidden camera man to take pictures. The pictures were to be a surprise for our year one anniversary. Thankfully, my wife to be had no idea what crappy service was provided. I phoned La Crap and spoke to two different managers who apologized and agreed to credit my account and offer a return service. Four months later and two reminder phone calls and I have yet to receive anything. If it’s a night you want to remember don’t use La Fleur!
