DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I Was told that my wedding dress would be ready in two weeks and i had no issue with that Than after a month and two attempts to retrieve it with no success i came to find out that it had not even been started. The Best part came when the manager felt it was appropriate to argue with me and make up excuses and than said that it was
"Just a dress and nothing to get bent out of shape about " ... This business has no understanding of time management , Taking responsibility for their actions or even showing appreciation for their clients choice to use their service. now i will be picking up My Dirty wedding dress in order to take it somewhere else Preferably to support a business that knows and understands how they should treat their customers.
