RHCDS Adminstration, faculty and staff are completely dedicated and fully committed to welfare and development of their students. The previous parent's perspective of the head of school is obviously biased and misguided. The school has been going through changes that has ultimately led to great improvements, which include attracting an exciting and experienced new head of the middle school. There is no way that the public schools, especially in this time of budget shortfalls, could offer anywhere near the quality and attention that RHCDS provides. Parents are encouraged to be as present and visible as they wish through many different volunteer opportunities and a very active Parent Association. The Administration has an open door policy and is extremely available when necessary . . . although the best communication begins with your childs teacher. As with anything, you get back what you put in . . . we're thrilled!
