I booked this hotel before I read the reviews on it from this websight and had second thoughts. I thought that I would give them a chance. They let me check out the room before i checked in, I was pleasantly surprised... The room was clean and neat, and the staff was great. When I or my family needed something they where there within five minutes to help us. I'm a clean freak and would not have stayed if it was subpar. I will stay there again the next time I'm in Pigeon Forge without hesitation.
