Friends of ours recommended the Mason Cottage to us for our 15th year wedding anniversary - the inn doesn't take children under 12, so this was just what we were looking for (we have two twin girls, age 5 at home, so we were excited to leave the kids with my mom and enjoy the peace and quiet at the inn). From the moment we walked up the path, we knew we made the right choice. Patty the innkeeper greeted us at the door and instantly made us feel welcome. She was so helpful with dinner recommendations and helped us set up our anniversary horse and carriage ride through Cape May. Our room was amazing - we loved our jacuzzi tub! Breakfast absolutely delicious. We had a blueberry french toast strata. My husband doesn't even like blueberries and he gobbled it down. All in all, I have to say this was a perfect way to spend our anniversary and I am so glad to have gotten the recommendation from our friends.
