Review content:
I brought my camera here after being recommended by Pro Photo. I use my camera professionally and they told me they could put a rush on it. They charged a 50 dollar non refundable diagnostic fee and claimed that repairs would take 5-7 business days and I would get an estimate soon. 2 weeks went by and I called them to see where the estimate was; they had emailed it to the wrong address. Once they emailed it to me, the total was $485 and they only warranty their repairs for 90 days. Also, it would take another 3 weeks to fix. At this point I felt like I was being jerked around. I sacrificed my $50 and sent my camera straight to Canon. Canon estimated the repair at $315, 1 year warranty, and it will be back to me within a week. I like supporting local business, but will not accept being overcharged 35% and get less of a guarantee. If you look up camera repair in portland, there is another place that does not charge $50 diagnostic fee, offer 1 year warranty, and who's rates are about $100 cheaper than these scam artists Cons: over priced reapairs
