I contacted Derek to look at our furnace and hot water heater after a flood. Upon learning that he also did home additions I consulted with him about a second floor. Derek gave me an estimate for the project and then proceeded to talk me out of spending the $100,000. He felt that for my neighborhood, all single story ranches, we would never make a return on our investment. Instead we came up with a plan to remodel my bathroom, kitchen, & basement plumbing. I feel that a contractor who would talk you out of spending $100,000 for a MUCH LESS profitable project is rare in this day and age. Hes gained my trust and I would recommend him.
