I haven't seen the same dentist twice in a row in years. Part of it is that I move a lot, and part of it is that I've never found one that I really like.
I was impressed with these guys right off the bat because they were able to get me in for an appointment the next day. They save some time slots for new customers so that you don't have to wait a month for your first cleaning. They do an initial appointment to inspect your mouth and do x-rays, and then schedule the first cleaning soon after.
The staff was friendly and I actually enjoyed talking with them while I waited. The dentist is a friendly guy and I was comfortable with him right away. My only problem with him is that he snuck up on me with the anesthetic for my mouth, and when I jumped he chewed me out. We scared each other but I'm still a paying customer and should have been treated with more respect.
That's just one small flaw though in an overall very enjoyable experience.
