We live out of town and did a bit of shopping. We love to eat out but sometimes its nothing but hassles finding something everyone likes. We had never been in here before partly due to time or the inclination to go, so I decided "Ok, we're going to try it". First off, we had impeccable service, we came on an odd night about an hour before closing so it was not busy. I had my two younger kids (11 and 5) with us at the time. We ordered what we wanted, and what came out first was the complimentary Bruschetta with a salad and bread. If you don't like garlic or are allergic or something, Do Not try this restaurant because there is no shortage of it here. The Bruschetta blew us away it was so good, we could have filled up on it but we knew more was coming. The salad was very tasty, again garlicky (is that a word?). Ironically enough the garlic bread was not that bad garlic wise, just enough. There was some malfunction in the kitchen causing the usual wait time to be a little longer than normal so our waitress, a very nice young lady having a child of her own, came out with some sacks of Goldfish crackers for the kids to nibble on and entertain themselves, that was so thoughtful! While we waited we tried the Calamari which turned out to be Really spicy, so much so we couldn't eat most of it. Our waitress was never too far away, attending to and visiting with us. When the entrees came everything was ordered to our specifications, piping hot and delicious. We Were Stuffed! It was so good we ended up sharing our dinners with each other so each person would get an idea of what the other was missing, which was not much. The portions are large enough to take some home to doggy or a nice next day lunch/snack. We left our waitress a very nice tip and gave the chef eight thumbs up. Even though we live an hour away we're planning to go back soon. Before, going to Muskogee meant doing a lot of shopping. Now, shopping is optional :) lol. Pros: The setting and mood is both romantic and reminiscent. Cons: Its an hour away from me.
