I can’t speak for all of the doctors at ProHealth . . . I have seen many over the years and the quality of care has always been superior. The one doctor I want to review is Doctor Lisa Berger.
Doctor Berger is a fantastic physician. She has that fine balance of being personable and caring without being overwhelming. I know she cares about me and my family. I often get strange ear infections and they can be challenging to diagnose. She will call in another doctor to consult and while some people might not like that it pleases me to know that she doesn’t believe she knows everything. Two heads are always better than one and medicine is an art as well as a science.
ProHealth offers doctors of every specialty. They are have offices in multiple buildings of the same office complex. When I badly hurt my ankle I was able to hop on over to radiology in the same building and have a diagnosis the same day and in the same building . . . Many other practices you have to go to an entirely different location to do such a thing.
On the occasion that Doctor Berger is out of the office I know that any other doctor in the practice can help me. Recently I was ill, Doctor Berger was on vacation and it was going to be a challenge to get to the office. Doctor Cooper’s staff assisted me and made sure that I was feeling better as quickly as possible.
My one and only complaint is the staff at the desk of primary care. While they are never rude and I understand how busy an office like that must be they do not always remember that the people on the other line are calling because we are sick and in need of help.
