I had really no intention of rating this company but when I think about it I htink I should give you the straight skinny on these guys.
These guys make me extremely nervous and not just me but friends of mine as well. we have All had some experience or another with this company and found them to be not only lacking in customer service (they were rude) but the drivers leave a lot to be desired when it comes to competence.
One experience I had was when I was at the hospital getting ready to leave. I came upon an older couple....the woman was crying and the man looked really upset. I asked them what the problem was and was told they tried to get a taxi (yellow cab) but were treated very rudely and hung up on. I then tried to call yellow cab myself and got the same response. I then called security to help this couple as I had no idea what to do for them from this point on. As I left I ws informed by security that yellow cab had been rude lately to people and that their customer service had slipped considerably.
Now I am only posting my opinion here and my experiences but if it were me....I'd take the bus before yellow cab......they have bus stops at convenient locations throughout town and the cambus (campus bus) is excellant in its service......
and not as scary as a mean cab driver can be! good luck!
