Wallace came to the house because I requested he do a cleaning and inspection on the chimney per the home inspector we had look over a house that we just bought. Wallace inspected the chimney and determined it didn't need cleaning so he only charged me an inspection fee which was quite a bit less than a cleaning. He gave a recommendation on when to have it cleaned depending on how much we used it. It's always great when you find someone who will be up front and honest with you even when it costs them the possibility of some extra money on the job. I would recommend him to anyone needing chimney services.
