Review content:
Empress Garden is a small place, not quite a hole in the wall, but, the age of the restaurant definitely shows. But you are not going there for the ambiance. The food is good, from the "traditional" Chinese dishes to some less offered Taiwanese dishes, like "Lion Head" (don't worry, it's not really literal, but a nice meatballs in cabbage with rice noddles dish), and "Three cup chicken" (a must try). They also have great noodle dishes if you are eating for yourself, and just want a one dish meal.
As with most Chinese restaurants, tea is complimentary with the meal.
