I just have to say the owner was the unpleasant person i have ever met, she always was so rude made you feel like you were bothering her when in the store or calling on the phone for information on your account.
i know i am not the only one out there that feels this way either . yes it may be a great priced store and i would not say organized because she lost 2 of my things that were on my list for p/up. she needs to give you a copy of that contract as well so you know her store policies. i would never bring my things to that store again,just for the fact of dealing with her was very unpleasant experience.
