Review content:
Tatanka Take-Out is a wonderful Tacoma treasure. I guess American would be the category to put it in, though maybe if there were a health food category that would be a good place to put it. The specialty here is bison, which tastes pretty similar to beef but is way healthier---lower cholesterol, fat, etc., than even chicken, and way high in protien. Cool stuff, and tasty. I would suggest the Flawless Burrito, though tacos and burgers are tasty as well. They also have free-range chicken burgers, some good tofu-based vegetarian offerings, great "spuds", and frozen yogurt shakes. Buy frozen bison meat here too. I really can't say enough good stuff about this place.
