Extremely honest and upfront about everything. As such, expects her clients to be the same. But that's not too much to ask. This way, she can serve you to the best of her abilities. She really helped us out when we thought we weren't going to be able to find anything. She found our dream home and really made sure that we were well taken care of the entire time.
