Review content:
While I understand that we live in a very high volume tourist area you would think that Dairy Queen would take this into account. The past 2 times I've had a craving for a certain item (Brownie Batter Blizzard) and gone through the drive thru I am notified after ordering that they are sold out of brownie pieces. Not only this but when you request something else they are sold out of this or that. That last time I drove by there was a list posted on the drive thru menu with a dozen+ items they were sold out of. I'm sorry but if a company cannot take into account that tourists & locals alike will be patronizing them on hot weekends after all these years of being in business then they just need to pack it in & go home. I'm just waiting for the next time we drive by & read that they are sold out of ice cream. That's ridiculous you say? It's not so far fetched, the Dairy Queen that *used* to operate off of Middle Creek in Sevierville told us on our last visit that they were sold out of ice cream. Funny how they are now closed down.
