When my first son was young he outgrw clothing like nobody's business and not anticipating him being in one size for too long and realizing that kids jeans in some of the better stores in town were way beyond my budget, I began to search for a nice re-sale shop where I could get him some "gently used" jeans to crawl around in. One day I chanced upon KIDWORKS and it quickly became a shop I re-visited time and again for play clothes for my sons. Located off Gilbert Court on Stevens Drive, KIDWORKS is an intersting though simple place to visit. The building isn't anything fancy, it is a simple blue pole type building but inside there are many items arranged as to size and type and most of the time I can find what I am looking for. Now I must be honest and state that this isn't the cleanest shop I have ever visited but it is far from disgusting too. There is some dust on fixtures and the furniture and toys displayed here could be cleaned up a bit more, but for those parents who are looking for some good play clothes or another snow suit for winter, this is a good place to look. The prices are pretty reasonable and I have found that you often can get them to lower a price...it's worth a try anyway! If you remember this is not a "Wallie world" or "JCP" you will be fine here.....it is what it is...a re-sale shop but a larger one at that and one that has a lot of items in stock. Give it a shot!
