Sure, everyone 'knows' a real estate agent, but go w/ Warren. He is way more knowledgeable than ~any other agent (currently a Director of Santa Clara Real Estate Board). Also way more integrity, better sense of humor, down to earth & honest. His knowledge will save you in many ways. Also covers SF to Morgan Hill (most agents only sell in small area) so more possibilities to you. Plus he will give you a bonus/credit of 1% of your home purchase if you buy through him (also contact him for better rates than ~anywhere else for selling your home). The 1% back is worth $5-15K alone -- do the math. Mention my name (Joe Ols) or GSB for discount. Tell him I said 'Hi'.
