My son took our 8 year old long-haired Australian shepherd here. Kanga had never been groomed and had so many matted places, I knew I could never get him cleaned up; however, two hours later, we picked him up and he looked and acted like a different dog. We are so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a groomer!!! more

I WAS THERE ONCE TO WASH MY DOG,AND IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY DOG (CHEAP),UNLIMITED ITEMS,FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS...... I HAVE READ A COUPLE OF THE OTHER COMMENTS AND I THINK I MUST REPLY TO ONE OF THEM IN PARTICULAR. TO WHOM WHO EVER SAYS IT SMELLS LIKE BUBBLE GUM!!!! NO I DONT THINK SO, I THINK IT SMELLS LIKE YOUR DOG SHOULD SMELL LIKE WHEN YOU LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT,FRESH AND CLEAN.. THE PLACE HAS BEEN THERE FOR A LONG TIME SO THAT SHOULD GO AND TELL YOU THAT IT MUST BE WORTH IT.. THE PLACE CAN BE AS CLEAN AS IT GETS ONLY BECAUSE THE GUY IS WORKING HIS TAIL OFF TO MAKE SURE NEEDIE PEOPLE GET WHAT THEY NEED AND SO MANY DOGS COMING AND GOING OUT OF THE BUSSINESS,SO IF I MAY SAY IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME TO SEE PEOPLE WORKING VERY HARD TO KEEP THE BUSSINESS CLEAN AND VERY RESPECTFULL TO YOUR NEEDS.. I've been using Mutt Puddles exclusively for several years. Our two bichons look so pretty and actually relaxed. Previous groomers had made it such a traumatic experience, so Mutt Puddles is a breath of fresh air. They're fast, reasonably priced, and keep to their promised pickup times. Every time I pick up the dogs, I notice the other owner hosing down the do-it-yourself tubs after each customer. VERY happy with their services: bath, clip, anal glands, ears, nails and VERY happy puppies every time! Pros: Highly Recommended: Caring & Gentle Cons: bit of a drive but worth it more

I have been to mutt puddles before and I personally don't think they have clean facilities. There soap smells like bubble gum,eeew! And they don't have clean tubs, there old and they need new ones. Oh and the focets, there gross and they need new focets too. I have been to much better dog washes, which have clean facilities and have great customer service and advice. Kick it up a notch Mutt Puddles! Pros: Its a dog wash, you do it yourself Cons: They have crapee, blow-dryers, tubs and focets more
