As with every La Madeleine I've visited, they tend to have dirty plates, glasses, and silverware. The food tastes good usually, but they have a bad hygeine problem, greasy finger marks abound on the forks & glasses EVERY time we have been, even at different locations. I have given up on this establishment. more

My experience at this specific restaurant on macarthur was unbelievable. Only one word can describe it, EXCELLENT. The food is magnificent and so are the employees. I love the way they all help each other and have fun like as if they're a family. The desserts are great and I always see a smile on the girls' faces when I order something sweet from the bakery when coming home from work. I would have to say that this is my 5-star hotel from now on. more
