I can’t stop raving about Ilovekickboxing of Richmond Hill. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was amongst family. The instructors took the time to learn about me: my name, my hobbies, my goals… everything! The vibe there is so chill and friendly that I almost forget that I am amongst trained kickboxing professionals but I’m reminded once they start teaching. I’m no athlete but the way the way the instructors break everything down, it’s easy for me to understand and I feel like a pro when I’m going against the bag.
I’ve been actively trying to lose weight for 2 months now. The first month, I lost 9 lbs with just my run of the mill gym membership (ILKB wasn’t a part of my life yet) and a change in my diet which I thought was really good. I didn’t see much change as far as definition but the numbers were there. At the start of the second month, I joined Ilovekickboxing of Richmond Hill. At the end of the second month, I saw a lot more definition in my arms, legs, and abs AND I lost 16 additional lbs. That’s almost double from the first month and I didn’t even change my diet from the first month. The major change I made was that I added ILKB to my life. Only 2 months into my weight loss journey and I am already 25 lbs down- which is halfway to meeting my goal this year.
