I have rented from them three times before. I rent a space in the back for my boat and my son rented an unit and that was fine too. Inside and outside was good. more

I've been using Oroville Self Storage for about three years. I store my trailer with them every summer. I like the security at the place, and I like how clean it is. I like the fact that any and every time I have taken my trailer there I have never had any problems. It's never been tampered with or anything. They have an ease of service there. It's easy to get in and out with access. Any time I call, I always get a response. I've had absolutely no problems, and I recommend it to all my friends. They need more over head storage. I called them to tell them I wanted to store my trailer there for the winter, but they said I could't because they didn't have space! more

They're excellent! 11/15/2013

Ever since I've come in contact with Oroville Self Storage, the service has been better than excellent. The manager there is always right on the ball. He keeps up on things. I don't have any trouble getting in or out of the facility; the gate always works. The place is always clean and nobody has any stuff in the way when you drive in and out. They take really good care if it. I've been in there for five months now. It's the only place in the area I would store. The location is better than some of the others that are low on the ground. Their facility is on nice, high ground. So if there are heavy rains, you don't have to worry about any flooding happening or your stuff getting wet. It's set up beautifully. more

I have a double hitter, both a storage unit and mailbox, with Oroville Self Storage. The storage space is clean and the customer service is good. I really like the guys there. more

Oroville Self Storage is great. The people there are very helpful and nice. I've used them before and that's why I came back: because they're so awesome. They have really great customer service skills. Every time I go in there they're smiling. They make it seem like they really enjoy their jobs, even if they don't. They make a professional and inviting space by way they talk to us. If I need something, they don't have a problem coming and helping. I just like that. And their prices are great. more

Pretty good! 8/27/2013

I had my stuff in storage with Oroville Self Storage for about a year three or four years ago. They were really good. Anytime I forgot my code they would always assist me. They also have these little golf cart things and will drive you to your unit. They're really friendly people. It's easy, outgoing service. Getting in and out is easy as well and the units themselves are very clean. I like it there and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I tell everybody about them. I just signed up to store with them again and I haven't gotten my stuff in there yet. So we'll see. They were good to me last time, so I think they'll be good to me this time. more

Our daughter recommended Oroville Self Storage to us. It was a little complicated signing up. We had trouble with the credit card where they had put in the wrong code. They called us and we called them and then we had to call the credit card company. So that was a little confusing. The units are fine, though. We've only been in there for two or three weeks--not for very long at all. My daughter has been there for quite a while and they really like it there, which is why they recommended it to us. My husband was happy with the security measures there as well. We have a brand new Koach fifth wheel, so we wanted to make sure it would be safe. So far it's been fine. more

Decent and easy 8/23/2013

The person who helped me seemed to make everything quick and painless. They don't really take time to get to know their customers, but what can you expect from a storage company. The facility is huge and clean. I like the fact that you can open both sides of a hallway and let the breeze come through. It's decent and a great price. Id recommend it to people needing extra storage. more

Friendly staff 8/13/2013

I have had storage here for over a year now the staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable when dealing with myself or my employees. I would and do recommend them to family and friends. The last storeage place we used claimed to have the lowest or best prices in town guaranteed but that is not the case I now have a much larger space and pay 60 dollars less a month. more

I really feel like my stuff is safe at Oroville Self Storage. They've been very helpful there. They always remind me when a payment is coming up so I'm not late with my payments. Overall, it's been a good experience. more

Everything at Oroville Self Storage seems to be good and secure. Whenever I go there everything is clean and locked up and very secure. I've got no complaints and will continue to use their services. more
