Overall, fine. 10/29/2013

Everything with iStorage was fine overall. I was moving out of state. They were nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was using the storage space for only two weeks, but paid for two months, and not being able to get a refund. more

The staff is top notch. The facility is in the throws of being updated and upgraded so there are lots of problems that they have to deal with on a daily basis. This staff deals with them like true professionals. I personally have never found them to be too busy to answer a question or solve a problem. The facility, though in disrepair when they took over, is being upgraded and managed in top rate fashion. The staff works well with all their customers. Couldn't ask for better people. more
