My experience at Kings Bay Self Storage was great. The location was conveniently down the road from where we were staying at the time. It was easy working with the staff. The manager was very friendly and even gave me a discount for my first month of rent. When I was getting ready to leave, they followed up with me to make sure that I was all set to leave on the day we agreed on. They also helped me make sure I didn't forget anything in the unit. The units were very nice, clean, secure, and easy to access. We never had any problems with pests or anything like that. They offered a lot of climate control units, which is what we were looking for especially with the humidity here in Florida. This is a nice storage facility, and I would recommend others to them. more

Kings Bay Self Storage was recommended to us by my brother who works for U-Haul. We moved down here and had our furniture moved down by U-Haul in their U-Boxes. We just stored it in a regular warehouse but when we got here, we wanted to find a place to store our stuff locally because it was an hour away form us to begin with. Kings Bay was just down the road from us so we checked it out. We were able to move our stuff in a couple of days's time. We had a climate control unit because the price difference between one with and one without was so minimal. We estimated what we needed based on how much we had and it worked out perfectly. Absolutely everything was just great! There were no bugs, humidity or moisture damage to anything and the 24-hour access was great. The move out went smoothly as well. Bill Van Alstyne more

I'm staying with a roommate right now and just recently moved out of a house full of stuff, so I went to Kings Bay Self Storage, and they were able to find me the smallest unit in order to make it less expensive for me. The first time payment was only $1. Renting the unit and moving my things in was easy and fast. The staff was very welcoming and gave me no hassle at all. The units are secure and clean. I also got a climate controlled one. I have 24-hour access to my unit, if I need it. The location works well for me. Overall, it's been a good experience so far. more

My experience at Kings Bay Self Storage has definitely been a 5 out of 5 so far. They are super nice, courteous, and helpful. I had to take a child in with me at the beginning of things, and they were nice about that, too! more

The respect the people at Kings Bay Self Storage treat you with is incredible. They took the time to show me around. I had my little daughter with me and they showed the utmost respect, even though I had her there. They treated us with southern hospitality. I give them an A+. It was a good experience with good people. I'd tell anyone to go there. more

I was in need a of storage facility so I went to the internet to locate a facility where I was moving. I contacted Kings Bay and was met with friendly and concerned personnel. They asked me several questions as to what size storage and how long I would it be need. I was quoted and given a storage immediately. The overall experience and the facility was just what I was looking for. If asked by anyone I would certanily recommend Kings Bay. more
