BEST workout around 1/6/2019

I felt like a part of the family from the moment I walked in the door. As someone who used to focus on lifting heavy weights when I worked out, I was originally hesitant to commit but I am so glad I did. I have noticed a difference in my body an in my energy level, appetite, and mood. ILKB was the best thing to have happened to me. more

Best Workout 12/31/2018

ilovekickboxing Peabody has a great staff and is a great exercise program. As a beginner you don't feel like an outsider because they are great at adapting the workout to fit everyone's level. This is not just a workout, you get a whole support system to help you meet your needs. After every workout you feel it and know you are making progress. more

The best 12/28/2018

ILKB is my favorite place to workout. The staff are awesome and super helpful and motivating. Im a very shy person especially when it comes to physical activity and going to a gym in my opinion is super awkward so I love that I never felt that way walking in to ILKB. Staff and members are great! more
