When I walked into Sunstone I immediately felt the stress roll off my shoulders. The classes they provide are designed for every level, when I did my first class I was so nervous I was very concerned about how my performance would be rated, I was worried about them trying to change my religion, I was worried about my excess weight, and thought I would be surrounded by thin vegetarians that passed too much gas. Finally I just got over it and after months of procrastinating walked into the studio and just gave it a whirl. It was the best $10 I ever spent, the first class hard, it was hot and I was ?out of shape?. The instructor was great, she was very supportive and encouraging, and said some things that made feel at ease she said ?forget the person beside you, you are here today for yourself and no one else, be happy you made the effort to walk into the room today?, and she was right, I got over my fears and just turned up. \r

The class had approx 25 people in it, I felt O.K body wise there were people in there that were all shapes and sizes, and I was pleased to see people like me in their first class just trying to do what the teacher was directing me to do. I couldn?t do everything perfect but by end of the 10 days I could see a huge improvement from the first day. I even lost some weight! I did what the teacher said , she said just keep coming back each day and see what happens. I am still a beginner student and I try to get in to class 4 times a week. I love the heat and I am loving how I feel. \r
