Fast, Professional, and Worth While. I called Gremillion Mechanical on one of the coldest days of the year. All the Chicago streets were filled with snow after the big storm of 2011 and no one heating company was able to go anywhere. When Icalled the owner said they had one truck going at this timem but would still be anle to make it at some point that night. When I told him where I lived he stated that it was 4 blocks away from his house. At 10:30 PM the owner walked throught the snow to my house a half a mile away and fixed the problem. This was the greatest experience I have ever had with any sort of repair company. Any one who needs excellent service must contact this company. more

I had Gremillion Mechanical out to fix my furnace after it broke this winter. I spoke with Brett on the phone to schedule the appointment. To my surprise when the service technition came to fix the furnace, it was Brett. I later understood that Brett was the owner and did a lot of the work himself. I felt this to be a great factor in the repair because I was not put through ten people to get one job fixed. When he came out and figured out the problem, and did it very quick, he explained it to me in great detail. It was very comforting that he helped me so quickly and did not have to leave my family cold for the night. Also, the rates were less then everyone else and when I called for other quotes all the other companies woud not even come out the same day. Best heating and air conditioning company for me and all my friends from now on. Highly recommended. more

Good: Brett the owner of the company came out to look at our furnace for teh winter. He was on time, professional, and really cared to explain what was happening with our furnace. The service call was reasonably priced and he even knocked off a little bit of money off the bill.. Bad: Everything was great, no complaints here.. Improvements: No improvements, this company is very professional.. more
