I have done business with Genetic for close to 5 years and I would'nt trust anyone else to handle my business system. They are the only ones in the Capital Region that were able torecover my Data. My store would be closed. I also like the fact that they have been in business since 1985. They don't run out of their house like many other supposed service centers. Real Office, Great Location and Vey Friendly Accomodating People !! Pros: Fast Friendly Service !! more

This company managed to waste a lot of our time money. We paid for a repair which was not sufficiently done. We notified the business that our system was still not fixed, and they offered no soluton or refund for money spend. We were rudely hung up on while trying to resolve issue which was never resolved. Pros: Close to Library Cons: Slow and Unimpressive service more
