My family and I had a great time. Captain Jim is an excellent tour guide. Even though I was feeling a little sick after some time(motion-sickness), I felt very comfortable flying with him. Keith was very friendly and helpful too. Overall one of the most memorable experiences I've had. Would highly recommend it. more

Safari Helicopters 11/26/2008

safari helicoopters was a great tour of the volcano. The pilot was informative and put you at ease. We even got to see the waterfalls above Hilo. All in all a fantastic tour and hope to do it again in the future. more

Great Volcano Tours 9/14/2005

I like this helicopter company because they do wonderful tours at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. They fly over Pu'u O'o vent and over calderas, lava flows, waterfalls, and the coast line. They offer good deals at great savings. Their tours last from 45 minutes to 55 minutes for some of their volcano tours. They have air conditioned helicopters and Bose X noise cancellation stereo headsets. more
