This is the ONLY place to go in Denver to have your eyebrows shaped! Michelle is my eyebrow therapist. Yes, I was one of the overpluckers back in the day. David is also a very talented make up artist and the products they sell are wonderful. A cute salon and nice people/great owners. I would recommend Brows on Upper 15th to anyone with (or without) eyebrows! more
