My son absolutely LOVES going to Boomers. It's local for us, so it's perfect. He loves going on the rides & playing the games inside. I've never really eaten there, so I can't tell you about that. I have had ice cream there and it's standard fare. My only complaint would be that they only have 5 or 6 rides outside mainly catering to younger children. So an older child may not really enjoy spending time here. Boomers is kinda like a Chuck E Cheese with outside rides. They do birthday parties too. more

Boomer's, formerly Bullwinkle's, is a decent choice for a theme park. Located on the South Service Road of the Long Island Expressway, the park lacks the excitement of Adventureland in Farmingdale or Splish Splash in Riverhead. However, it makes a decent day trip. I enjoy the batting cages and arcade, but others may enjoy something else. If you live west of Hauppauge or east of Manorville, Adventureland and Splish Splash, respectively are better options. more

Boomers has a lot to offer the six and under set. Their is miniature golf to play, go carts to ride, bumper boats (highly recommended),batting cages,an arcade and lots of kiddie rides. You can take a train ride that goes through the park. Boomers is right off of Exit 64 on the Long Island Expressway (heading east). It's a great little family fun place. My kids love it there. They have an outdoor area w/rides - you can buy the kids a wrist band and they can ride the rides however many times they want the whole day. There's also arcade style games, a rock wall & a carousel inside. You can get food - pizza, hot dogs, pizza, etc - inside as well. There's a nice section where they do birthday parties as well. more

Boomers family fun park offers indoor rides, a cafe, and an arcade. There are also outdoor rides, mini golf and batting cages. One really nice ride is the train that goes around the park. My grandchildren enjoy the rollercoaster and the rock wall climbing. There is also a nice mini golf course with a lot of waterfalls. If you also just want to do sports there are the batting cages to hit some balls. Thenice thing about this park is that it isnt too big, but you can spend a few hours. YOu can pay one price and get a bracelet to ride unlimited or pay for each ride. more
