I would like to thank the guys at Auto Lab for there hard work and honesty. I had my vehicle at a Ford Dealership for service but was not comfortable with what they recomended I do to fix my vehicle. I had a co-worker recomend that I take the car to the Auto Lab location in Southgate. To make a long story short they were honest, profession and fixed the issues I took it to them for. They have earned a new customer! more

Can not perform simple brake job 10/24/2009

I took my Honda Accord in because my brakes were giving me problems. For $306 they replaced front brake pads and rotors. I just got from having to take the car in for a 3rd time in an attempt to resolve still existing heavy grinding sound. Dropped it off 1st thing in the morning with a promise it would be the 1st car in. 3 1/2 hours later the car still had not been looked at. Listened to a number of excuses and ended up leaving with the car and problem not resolved. STAY AWAY!! Cons: Do not take customers time into consideration more
