Best doctors ever! I'm not sure what folks these ""bad"" reviews were seeing...Because both Dr. Christy & Zubritsky were nothing but kind, understanding and very personable. Answered all of my questions and had mine and my unborns child safety as their number one priority. I hate going to any Dr...but these guys beat everyone I've ever gone to hands down. Thanks for helping me deliver my beautiful baby girl! more

I was misdiagnosed as just having an ovarian cyst. I had been having pain for years and I kept telling them where it hurt and that it hurt a lot. They kept brushing me off for months saying it's just a cyst, it's your back go to the chiropractor. I went to a new doctor for a second opinion and in less than a month I was in and out of surgery for Stage 4 Endometriosis. I had EVERY SINGLE SYMPTOM OF IT. Now because of these incompetent doctors I can not have children. If they would have caught it years earlier when I first started complaining about it, It would not have gotten this bad. more

Dr. Zubritzky delivered both of my children and I had complications with both. He handled both situations with compassion and great understanding. Both of my children are growing and I am still alive thanks to Dr. Zubritzky. I would not hesitate to refer someone to the practice. The office is not only professional but compassionate as well!!!!! As a nurse I do not recommend physicians lightly but without any doubts I would always recommend them. more

Dr. Zubritzky and Dr. Christy are the best practing OB GYN in the Pittsburgh area. They are very compassionate and understanding. They take time to explain things and are very accurate when diagnosing problems. They have 3 offices to choose from. I strongly recommend them!!! more

If this is the same Dr. Zubritzky that had an office in Robinson 20 years ago, I had a nightmare experience with him. Back in '89 I was having my third child. The doctor was at Ohio Valley General Hospital when I had my appointment so I went there and he examined me and I was 3 cm dilated but I found in subsequent pregnancies that I dilated early with all of them (I had 6 kids). So he wouldn't let me leave the hospital even though I had a month to go. He induced me (I didn't have any signs of labor) and was rude to me and made degrading comments to me. So after the baby was born, she was having breathing problems and the hospital had no ICU so they had to take her down to Mercy, where she was alone and I was stuck in the hospital. She wasn't ready to be born and he did the wrong thing. Instead of keeping the baby in as long as possible, he made her come too soon. She was in ICU for a week. He has also recommended a Pediatrician in his building, whose name I can't recall but she put too much stuff on the cord and my daughter got a chemical burn on her skin. more

Both Dr. Zubritzky and Dr. Christy are the most compassionate caring doctors i have ever been too. I have been to all of their offices including the Sto Rox Family Health Center because i had no insurance . They even helped me get insurance at the clinic. The staff at their private offices are wonderful also. And because i didn't have insurance, they told me where i could still see the doctors, they didn't ""refuse"" to see me at the private offices. And as for responsible medical care....they are the best around!!! more

My daughter found out she was pregnant in January of 2010 ~ unfortunately her and her husband did not have health insurance....she had to apply for medicaid. Well needless today it just went into effect April 4, 2010 ~ but that's not the whole story. In February she was anxious to begin her prenatal care, wanting to make sure the baby was healthy and start taking prenatal vitamins. Dr Christie's office would NOT see my daughter as she did not have healthcare (I even offered to PAY for the office visits until her healthcare started- she was told that they don't see ""those"" types of patients and referred her to the FOR in Mckees Rocks. Considering my daughter lives a few blocks from this office it seemed ridiculous that she would need to drive all that way for an office visit. Well her healthcare did start in April of 2010 but when she called to make an appointment with Dr Christie- (she had her letter from the STATE OF PA that her insurance is in effect and cards will be sent out and in the interum use her access card) this was not good enough for Dr. Christie, my daughter was told unless she had the insurance card in her hand they would not make any appointments.....she also told them that her mother was willing to pay for the first several visits until reimbursement has been received. she was told NO. So much for the hypocratic oath. So much for responsible medical care. more
