Best

We live here in Park City, and no matter who we entertain, friends or business associates ZOOM always delivers.... great inventive menu with great American classics, food quality ...

Worst

When in doubt go to Zoom. I mean the Sundance Kid owns the place, how could it be bad. For years the first choice establishment of park city celeb and deer valley residents, it ...

Hard to Find but Give it A Try! 3/28/2007

Great food, but a bit pricey. I went for my birthday and I'm glad I made reservations in advance! The place was filled on a Monday night! Try to get seating upstairs, and Order the Steak. Service IS slow but not too bad. Great wine selection! \r The place is hard to find on the street, and of course Parking is always a hassle! \r Stay away from the Blondie. It was hard and not tasty at all! more

Don't Bother Making Reservations! 3/17/2007

The hostess, ""Paris"" told us that she couldn't find our reservation, though the hotel we are staying at gave us a confirmation number! She literally lost our reservation and was RUDE about it - she pushed aside to deal with other people, then when she saw we weren't push-overs, she hastily sat us at the WORST TABLE IN THE ENTIRE place - we were right infront of the door so whenever it opened a cold gust of air nearly blew us over. We ate with our ski jackets on we were so cold!\r \r Despite the hostess' incompetence, the food was mediocre at best. Portions are big. That's about all I can say. more

Terrible Service 2/19/2006

Our server acted like we were bothering her by being there. Very rude, and so slow. It took forever just to get a soft drink. I ordered fish tacos and I've had better at fast food joints. Would not recommend. Pros: nice decor, personable hostess Cons: rude server, so-so food, too expensive more

Consistent Upscale Comfort Food 10/2/2005

I've been going to Zoom for years and can say that it is consistently good. The lunch menu has a little bit for everyone with my personal favorite being the burger and homemade fries. I also recommend the mac and cheese on the side. Much better than what mom can make. For dinner, you can't go wrong with the ribs or the halibut. The specials are always very good. Wine list is a Sundance private label from various vineyards on the west coast. The Chardonnay is what most of my friends love. Decor is very good especially in the summer with quite possible the best outdoor patio in Utah. Pros: Consistency, Outdoor seating, Mac & Cheese Cons: Parking, Parking, Parking more

Very Nice 3/1/2003

I brought out of town guests to Zoom for dinner on 2/26/03 and we were not disappointed. The menu was well varied, and I would say that all of our selections were very good to excellent. The grouper special and pork chops were both especially good. The Brownie with homemade peanut butter ice cream was out of this world! Really pleasant experience: I'll certainly return soon. On the con side, the hard surfaces make for a noisy environment when full, as it was that night. Service was a bit slow, but not a problem for us, as our waiter was very knowledgeable. The wine list is pricey, but again, not a problem for us as we chose cocktails. Prices are fair for Park City. Recommend! Pros: Decor, Nice Menu, Great Desserts Cons: Noisy, Pricey Wine List more

Where's Robert 12/12/2002

Zoom is a good restaurant with a good if limited menu. The outdoor patio, when open, is very nice. The south dining room is preferred, because the smoke and smells from the open grill, while not unpleasant, detract from conversation. The wine list has improved but still has a way to go. We enjoy Zoom about 10 or 12 times a year. It's clearly in the top 20. more

Slow Service, Bad Attitudes 7/24/2002

I've been there several time and the service is always bad. The waiters pretend like they really aren't waiters and they come to work just find out where the parties are later that night. And if you ask to talk to a manager they aren't any different. Cons: slow service, poor managment more
